The downstairs Guest Lounge has a conference table space for up to 10, or theater-style seating for 16 persons. It has High Definition computer display, high speed internet and wi-fi access, and its own granite counter top kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave.

The Main Floor Great Room, Bistro, and Dining Room together can accommodate up to 40 persons; in good weather, the adjoining deck can hold up to 20 persons.

Host an evening party in a gorgeous four-seasons setting by the McKenzie river. We will make the entire Main Floor available to you for a cocktail party, organization celebration, fundraiser, or evening of entertainment. The Main Floor Great Room, Bistro, and Dining Room can accommodate 20 to 40 persons.

Evening use is from 4 pm to 9 pm plus reasonable set-up time.

It's private! Part of what makes it special is that your party will have the whole inn and grounds to themselves for the whole weekend. You can decorate as you wish and arrange your own catered dinner and reception.

While we limit weddings here to about 40 total persons, we are an ideal place for the wedding party to stay when your wedding is nearby. We can house 10 to 12 people in complete comfort and privacy in our 5 luxury guest rooms.
